Information on G.W. closure and requests regarding orders and inquiries

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will be closed during the Golden Week holidays from May 3, 2023 (Wednesday) to May 7, 2023 (Sunday).

We will accept order requests and email inquiries during this period, but please note that we will not be able to ship orders, respond to inquiries, or contact you.

If you would like to receive your product during the holidays, please place your order by April 30th (Sunday).Depending on the order status, we may not be able to fulfill your request. If there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you individually.

Orders and inquiries during the holidays will be responded to sequentially from May 8th (Monday). If we receive a large number of orders or inquiries, it may take us some time to respond. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
