Information on year-end and New Year holidays and requests regarding orders and delivery

We will accept order requests and email inquiries during this period, but please note that we will not be able to ship orders, respond to inquiries, or contact you.

If you would like to pick up your items during the year-end and New Year holidays, please do so until the morning of Wednesday, December 27th.Please order at.

Due to an increase in the number of packages heading into the year-end and New Year holidays, there may be delays in deliveries nationwide. Please place your order with plenty of time to spare.

Orders and inquiries during the year-end and New Year holidays will be responded to sequentially from January 9, 2024 (Tuesday).
