Announcement of recruitment of volunteers for sowing loofah seeds

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of loofah products.

The severe cold is gradually easing and we can feel the arrival of spring. Hechima Kochi is also preparing for this season's loofah cultivation.

Since last year, we have been recruiting volunteers for loofah harvesting and help collecting loofah water on Instagram. Thank you to everyone for your cooperation.

This season as well, we plan to regularly recruit volunteers to help with everything from loofah seeding to harvesting.

As a first step, we would like to invite you to volunteer to sow loofah seeds. We are currently recruiting at short notice, so we appreciate your cooperation.

We would appreciate your help in cultivating the loofah fields that have been passed down in Imizu City, Toyama Prefecture for 45 years.

[Work details] You will sit in a plastic greenhouse and sow loofah seeds in seedling pots.

*Please be able to assemble and disband on your own. For transportation to the nearest Takaoka Station or Etchu-Daimon Station, please inquire.

*For drinks, we will prepare ``drinkable loofah water.''

*Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.

*Please bring a sweat towel.
