Notice regarding regular purchase

Thank you for your continued patronage of loofah products. We would also like to inform all of you who are already using the regular purchase of Hechima Kochi's skin care products and those who are considering purchasing it regularly.

Regarding regular purchases, due to current system issues, it is not possible to automatically calculate free shipping when making a regular purchase.Up until now, we have been refunding the shipping fee in points, but from now on, until the system is in place, we will include a 500 yen Quo card with each product shipped.

Quo Card is a nationwide gift card (gift certificate) that can be used for payment at approximately 60,000 stores such as convenience stores and bookstores nationwide. Please hand it to the cash register when paying.

The Quo Card we are delivering this month is designed in collaboration with Hibiya Kadan. We will deliver seasonal cards to you from time to time.

 

We are currently giving away an original eco bag to everyone who applies for a regular purchase. This eco bag is made of sturdy fabric with a gusset. You can use it for shopping or going out.
