    About membership registration (account registration)

    ・Shopping points

    When you shop at our store, you will receive points that can be used on your next purchase.

    About payment methods

    About issuing receipts

    Regarding receipts, those issued by each institution depending on the payment method are official receipts under accounting laws and regulations recognized by the tax office, so they can be used for tax returns, etc.

    We will use the "usage statement" issued by your credit card company in place of your receipt.

    ■Cash on delivery

    At the time of product delivery, we will use the "Takkyubin Collect slip (receipt)" that you receive from the delivery driver in place of the receipt.

    Payment receipts received at convenience stores and post office counters will be used in place of receipts.

    About shipping charges

    Shipping is free if the total order amount is 5,500 yen (tax included) or more per delivery destination.

    If the total order amount is less than 5,500 yen (tax included), you will be charged a nationwide shipping fee of 550 yen (tax included).

    Click post is also available (for eligible products only). If the total order amount is less than 5,500 yen (tax included), the shipping charge will be a flat rate of 200 yen (tax included, packaging fee included) nationwide.

    About delivery

    If you place your order by 11am on a business day, it will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 11:00, it will be shipped the next business day.
    Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are holidays, so we will contact you and ship after the holidays.
    Also, please note that if the item is out of stock, it will be shipped after it becomes available.

    Delivery companies are Yamato Transport and Sagawa Express. Please contact us if you have a preferred delivery company.

    If we need to confirm with you regarding delivery or order details, we will contact you.

    If we do not hear from you by email or phone for more than a week, we may cancel your order to prevent any trouble.

    We will ship according to your desired delivery date. Please specify your desired delivery date between 3 business days and 14 days from the date of order. If you do not specify, the item will be shipped as soon as possible. (Please note that it may take some time depending on the busy season, weather, and traffic conditions.)

    *If you would like regular shipping (550 yen), please write "Regular shipping" in the notes section at the bottom of the cart page.

    ・Shipping fee is 200 yen (tax included) nationwide (including packaging charges).

    ・Since the item will be delivered by post, the delivery date and time cannot be specified.

    ・Cash on delivery is not available.

    - Please note that in the unlikely event that the product is lost, stolen, or damaged after it has been shipped, our store will not provide any compensation.

    ・Click Post is a shipping method that does not require a receipt stamp at the time of delivery, so the item will be posted directly to the post. Please check with your family as they may have received it.

    ・It is also possible to leave the package at the post office. If you wish, please contact the post office where the package will be held.
